1/2 cup oats
1 cup water + splash nonfat milk
pinch of salt
1 packet Tera’s Whey protein powder
1/2 cup Coconut Bliss Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge



Two words: Sarah rules.

Three words: Must buy more.



Four words: Yog messes are forever.

3/4 cup homemade plain Greek yog
1/2 cup Kashi Heart2Heart cereal
1 sliced naner
1 tbsp. Bee’s Knees PB


Five words: Carrots and salsa are divine.

Six words: Ellie sent me a fab package.

Seven words: I forgot a picture but enjoyed this…



Eight words: Overslept, no workout, very tired and need endorphins.

Nine words: There’s no time to exercise when dinner parties call…


Ten words: Goat cheese and bread are good. Vegetable lasagna’s even better.



Eleven words: The truth remains vino is best. ¬†Wait, apple crisp’s even betterer.


Twelve words: Dinner parties with friends are worth not working out for. True fact.

Thirteen words: Tomorrow will be crazy busy chaotic. Not even 14 words can save me.

And i commented right underneath you on GC’s blog. Glad I wasnt the only one who ummm forgot to send coat pics in. Well actually here I dont need a coat and I spaced it kinda cuz of that too LOL

Seriously- so creative. <3 your posts. Yogurt messes are the best. Salsa+any vegetable (and even some fruits!)= so good. Please share the crisp….its just not right to post pictures that look that yummy ;) Happy Tuesday FRIEND!

Carrots and Salsa are fantastic! Next time, try mixing the salsa with hummus and it will blow your mind!

Hello pickle. This is a fun post and I agree with mannnnny of your sentiments. Wine? winner. Cheese and bread? always. Apple crisp and ice cream? You’re killing me.

Plus your oats and yogs = brilliant. I am loving my homemade greek yog. Genius.

When you skip working out for some awesome friend time I believe it is always worth it. Also, your email just made me laugh a lot and I will now be replying…

Shoot, I was just thinking that I should add my yumberry protein to oatmeal…but I don’t think I have any :( I wonder how it would be in greek yogurt? You are the queen of yog messes – what do you think?
ps. i totally agree with skipping workouts for dinner parties with friends ;)

Too many words to comment on!! :P I’ve never had coconut ice cream, but I imagine it’s a million times better than cow’s milk ice cream, and even better on oats!

I just discovered the awesomeness that is carrots and salsa.

That dinner party was definitely worth not going to the gym for!!!
