I already have a Vitamix, so I’ll leave the goodies for someone that really needs it, but some of these combinations are outrageous and I wanted to share my favorite combination too (chickpeas? dates? now I’m curious)! I use banana, frozen pineapple/mango/strawberries, spinach and soy milk. I used to love yogurt smoothies, but my body rebelled against dairy, so now I have to use the fruits and veggies for thickeners.

ok, so before today i had a rocky relationship with smoothies. you see, i worked at jamba juice in HS and kinda OD-ed on the fruity blended drinks…BUT lately, with my discovery of xanthan gum, im like a smoothie-a-holic (dont question it – IT exists!!). i am WF frozen fruit #1 customer. so you see, mz holly, i clearly need this blender to add fuel to the fire. plus, my magic bullet is too small for the dirty concoctions i have planned
mango strawberry here i COME!!! im still in full on january denial mode.
ADD comment much? its past midnight, you understand…
