What’s not to love about cheese! And beer, red wine, chocolate, and salt and pepper chips.

Lauren June 16, 2011 at 11:31 am

Amen!

I’m with you on the cheese! The messy hair? Well, mine is pretty straight and looks HORRIBLE when messy. I tend to think those with curly hair look adorable when theirs is messy, though:-).

Messy hair = Gigi. Cheese = Lulu.

You have us pegged.

This reminds me of the day I walked into my preschool classroom and a little chiquita goes, (with the sass of an 80 year old latina head shakin’ finger waggin’) “tu pelo es un disastre”
to which I replied, ‘como?’
–(not so much because I didn’t understand..but because, I’m like ‘are ya kiddin’ me?!”)
and she replies (in English) “Yah…your hair is a disaster”.

….love my life.

Since my hair is annoyingly straight and I’m lactose intolerant, can I make this embrace unshowered hair and eat more ribs?

Done and done. Although, with Maryland humidity going into full swing, I don’t have much of a choice in the whole “embracing messy hair” thing. I might change it to “embrace the inevitable ‘fro” in my case, but the message is the same.

Oh I needed this today! Currently rocking a frizzy curly bob instead of usual tamed into submission straight do’. Curly is beautiful!

I have recently started embracing my messy hair and I have to tell you, it’s pretty liberating. Once you realize it’s just what you’re workin with and people just have to deal with the fact that you dont feel like glopping 4 lbs of product or burning your ends off with a flattening iron, it’s not so bad.
Now eating more cheese is absolutely something I need to incorporate immediately. Good luck with both ;)

I need to eat more cheese in the form of cheese curds.

I’ll try to embrace my thin hair. I always eat more cheese. :)

I really need to work in embracing my messy hair. It is just all over the place though! :) It’s a lot easier to manage though I know that!

My bf is from Wisconsin, and my cheese consumption spikes every time we visit his family. Beer cheese soup? Yes, please. Cheese curds? Absolutely. Whoops, I missed the fried cheese curds! Oh, is there pizza? :) You are a lucky lady to live there. Always eat more cheese.

Messy hair is something I can get behind…cheese makes my tummy churn, but it tastes so good that I don’t really care – looks like I can get behind that one, too.

Emily @ Relishments June 19, 2011 at 6:27 am

Wow, maybe I’ll make this may new tagline. This coming from a woman who took the time to straighten her locks yesterday, only to have her husband tell her it looked the same. I love cheese and most of the time, I love my hair. Thanks for reminding me :)
