An (Almost) Wordless Weekend

I’m convinced all a girl needs in life is a pair of mustard yellow cords and red cowboy boots.

Through driving 5+ hours in the car with Mama Everythingtarian…

…to delicious dinners with your sister’s future in-laws…

…to navigating (and slipping in) fluffy layers of Minnesota snow…

…and celebrating your sister’s impending marriage…

…everything is made better with mustard yellow cords and red cowboy boots.

Trust me.

LOVED the cords!

Your family seems like sooo much fun. Makes sense though really. You’re pretty awesome yourself.

I own three pairs of cowboy boots and none of them are red. This needs to change.

I am just now starting my boot collection. Florida never called for such fun. Madrid on the other had… let the boots be purchased! I added a pair yesterday :) Not red, or cowboy… guess I better go back…

Maya December 6, 2010 at 5:59 am

Yes! I love wearing bright colors, especially when it’s dreary and cold out.

You need a brother, because I would marry into your family if only for the food and photo ops.

Erica December 6, 2010 at 8:25 am

I love the picture of your mom dancing- having (still!) never met you in person, I imagine that you two are very much alike. In a really good way, not in a “I’m finally turning into my mother” way. :)

The picture of your yellow cords and red boots hanging out the window is my favorite. You’re adorable. That is all.

Mary @ Bites and Bliss December 6, 2010 at 1:20 pm

You and your sister are all so beautiful!

I’ve always wanted a pair of red boots. I don’t care if I even wear them, I just want them in my closet!

I think all a girl needs in life it to be part of your family! The boots wouldn’t hurt either.
