Looks like an awesome trip! My dad went to Argentina two years ago for a hunting trip and I know he definitely enjoyed the cuisine because he came back with a slightly bigger belly! Haha.

WOW. I cannot say how much I love this post! Argentina looks like a combination of the best parts of a movie…only its for real!! Thank you so much for the pictures. P.S. I love your opening quote too. Such truth.

Beautiful. Just beautiful!!! I will be in Minneapolis for a week around Christmas. We should exchange South America stories if you will be around!

I genuinely adore the photo of the tango dancers.
And the empanadas. Because, ya know….they’re EMPANADAS :)

Susan November 23, 2012 at 8:35 am

Amazing. Did you pinch yourself like 256 million times?

Gretchen November 23, 2012 at 8:19 pm

I don’t know who Isabelle Eberhardt is, but I like what she said.
Also, that looks like an amazing trip and you took some pretty sweet pictures.
And I have to admit that I kind of wish you wrote blog posts more often! :)

Clair November 24, 2012 at 7:45 pm

Wow, Holly…so so beautiful. Sometimes it’s hard to believe that life can be so wondrous. Thanks for sharing!!

Emily November 25, 2012 at 6:42 am

Lovely photos Holly! Over the past few months I’ve been having increasingly frequent South America travel fantasies, and this post has just cemented my desire to go.
At first I read the captions wrong and thought that the tango picture was of you and your manfriend and was going to say WOW, you minx! Hahaha. The combination of b&w stripes and tan boots is also pretty saucy though ;)

Mihaila November 25, 2012 at 3:32 pm

we need the story about the manfriend one of these days – I remember when I first started reading your blog, so much has changed!!!!

I do love this blog though, and appreciate you sharing such an awesome trip.
