I thought today’s post would be very appropriate for our Healthy Everythingtarianista Holly since she’s go-go-go this summer. Shoot, it’s perfect for me too! It seems like during the summer my hubby and I are always cramming in as much activity as possible. Our summer here in Washington is what, like 3.5 days long? ;) There’s a lot to cram in those few days.
Like hiking near the Columbia River, followed with beer tasting at Walking Man, a new to us brewery.
I need more days of rocks, beer and fish watching!
So as we plan to keep go-go-going and spending as much time outside and not stuck in the kitchen, I’m going to head to a lot of these quick and easy dinner, lunch and breakfast ideas. Hope they help you all enjoy more of your outside summer time!
