Greetings from la casa de Mama Everythingtarian y Papa Everythingtarian!
I decided to skedaddle home for a visit to take care of my lil’ sissy while mama works and papa is off golfing at a tournament. Obviously, this morning needed to start one way:
With a few modifications:
- Greek yogurt + applesauce (in place of the apple cider yogurt + sweet potato puree)
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (in place of white)
- 1 diced apple + cinnamon maple syrup (in place of agave/apple/cider compote)
But just as delicious.
Archer Farms Cinnamon Maple Syrup is ridic. Absolutely ridic.
So…what did the fam think? (Mind you, these pictures were taken freshly rolled out of bed :))
MAMA EVERYTHINGTARIAN: On a scale of 1 to 5 apples, gave them 5 apples. Woowoo! I totally wooed her,
although she was still reluctant to try peanut butter on her pancakes (all in due time).
KENDRA (aka SISTER EVERYTHINGTARIAN #3): On a scale of 1 to 5 apples, gave them 4.5/5 apples!
This was perhaps the most important rating because, (a) she doesn’t like breakfast, (b) would prefer a BLT
on a bagel for breakfast if she does eat it, and (c) thinks my healthy food sounds gross. Booyah girl!
THE HEALTHY EVERYTHINGTARIAN: I give it 5 apples, obv.
Eaten on our childhood uh-ooooooooo spaghetti’o plates…
And followed up with a nice cuppa joe + skim milk…one of Starbucks new instant Via packets, which I liked surprisingly better than their in-store coffee.
Alrighty kiddos, I am off to hang out with my sister – including a trip to the gym, some movies and shopping fun.
