Hope y’all are having a fabulous three-day weekend, because I totally have! Since I’ve been jabbering away with words these past couple days, I thought it would be best to let the pictures do the talkin’…
Let’s pick it up post-13 mile run…

Yeah, I said 13-miles, instead of the planned 14 miles. The reason why I cut it short? A long overdue reunion slash pre-football tailgating with one of my BFFs forever.

I don’t actually recall everything I ate, but I do remember walking home 3 miles buzzed, talking to this girl on the phone and finding myself smack dab in the middle of The Taste of Madison. With two dollars left from the purchases of above and drunk food on the mind, this was in order…
I like their style.
I like the style of Mint Chip ice cream even better.
A glorious night of 8 1/2 hours of sleep later…
Savory Oats – 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup sauteed zucchini, pinch salt, grated parm,
1 egg + heap o’ salsa
…and a 2 hour drive back home later…
A heavenly yog mess – Chobani plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup Dylan’s Cranberry Almond
Chia granola, dried apples/raspberries + drizzle of agave
Reheated leftover veggie goodness.

Yeah, Barbie + Ken are pretty healthified and have good food schtuff at the house, which hence, is one of the reason why I get so excited to go home (because I steal food to bring back to my place…mu ha ha!).

Verdict? Awesome. I need to buy this DVD. Mixing ballet, pilates and calisthenics, we were literally crying out in pain (in a totally good way). Fifty-seven minutes of toning will definitely be felt tomorrow.
Alrighty dudes, I am off to finish watching Changeling…which is uber-intense in an also good way.
