Oh goodness…I am SUCH a Chatty Kathie blogger! I need to remind myself that no one really cares about the mundane details of my life…it’s the FOOD they care about! But everything looks delicious…you know I’m lovin’ the banana raspberry oatmeal. ;-)

Andrea@WellnessNotes January 2, 2010 at 5:27 pm

Cappuccino Coconut Bliss – by far the best thing I ate all week. Actually, I’m fairly certain the best thing I ate in 2009!!! :)

Leah Zeringue January 2, 2010 at 5:34 pm

where did you find the Eastwind Peanut butter? we used to order it in gallon sized buckets, but we can’t seem to find it locally anywhere anymore. Was it at your whole foods?

Jenna January 2, 2010 at 5:52 pm

The Spicy Thai Tempeh with Cashews over Cinnamon-Cumin-Cilantro Brown Rice looks and sounds amazing! Not even the tempeh, but the flavors you used. LOVELY!

Those Clif bars are good. And KALE always the way to my heart :)

Katie January 2, 2010 at 6:12 pm

Dang! Those are some good eats you had, girl! Good job on the cheap grocery bill, too. That always makes my week!

I have to tell myself to stop blabbing on in posts, too – but I miss your words, they’re always fun and I look forward to them. :-) But, I agree, it is nice to let the pictures do the talking sometimes.

Happy Saturday!

Nothing brings warmth to my heart like a lovely picture of breakfast containing a pool of almond butter. Thank you.

Best thing I ate all week were the butternut squash fries currently sitting in my tum.

PS – My computer friend says that the commenting prob on my blog has to do with web browser or operating system compatability (He said its not a wordpress prob). Yeah….I have no idea what this means and I’m so sorry you’ve had trubs commenting!

I was happy to see your pizza pocket on a bed of salad! I usually put a salad on top of or under my pizza, lol! Happy New Year, Holly!

Jessica @ How Sweet It Is January 2, 2010 at 7:58 pm

Mint galactica?!? So need to try it – I just had some coconut today with homemade chocolate sauce. OMG it was amazing. Happy New Year darlin’!

Carbzilla January 2, 2010 at 8:10 pm

Susan January 2, 2010 at 8:19 pm

I’m impressed you still have some of Bekah’s granola left – I completely devoured mine ;) That squash soup with the chickpeas looks awesome too!

Hmm, I’ve had a lot of great eats this week. My mom’s turkey & biscuit casserole, and meat pie stand out. I also ate a lot of melt-in-your-mouth shortbread. None of it has been healthy, but it has at least been delicious ;)

LindsayRuns January 2, 2010 at 8:41 pm

best thing I ate all week had to be the salt dusted chocolate chip cookies. But those chickpeas look like something I need to put on my crave list for next week.

crunchy granola gal January 2, 2010 at 8:48 pm

best food of the week? my vote goes to my roasted veggies. oh and the margaritas i made tonight were pretty bangin’, too. and edy’s light butter pecan ice cream with homemade granola. yeah – three winners, right there.

Happy New Year! I’ve heard so much about you (via Kailey) and since we apparently have so much in common, have decided to add this new blog to my reading in the new year :) can’t wait to see where 2010 takes you! Seriously though, I’ve got travel plans (or hopes and dreams) as well.

Sarah (Running To Slow Things Down) January 3, 2010 at 1:13 pm
