Oh and that mysterious parfait dessert I teased you all with last post?

Many good guesses.

Unfortunately, you would have had to really think outside the box on this one.

It’s No Bake Avocado Lime Cheesecake.

But don’t go and getting your undies all in a bundle.

You shall have the recipe tomorrow.

Jenny February 13, 2011 at 8:08 pm

uh dur. avo-lime-cheesecake. My next guess, naturally.

What a weekend! The pictures really do speak for themselves. I want your life!

Matt @ The Athlete's Plate February 13, 2011 at 8:17 pm

Amber February 13, 2011 at 8:20 pm

Andrea@WellnessNotes February 13, 2011 at 8:21 pm

LOVE your photos! Makes me almost want to listen to hubby who keeps talking about a DSLR (usually when I’m half asleep; I think he is trying to send me subliminal messages…). Anyway, I’d love a bite of that egg sandwich!!! It looks perfect! Looking forward to the cheesecake recipe!

Have a great week, Holly!

Jess February 13, 2011 at 8:22 pm

Erica D @ Gratitouille February 13, 2011 at 8:23 pm

No bake? Fantastic. Hurry up!

Jamie February 13, 2011 at 8:25 pm

Hmm avocado lime cheesecake? I’m intrigued.. =) And I LOVE curling! (Can’t tell I’m from the great white north, eh? hah). I may be the only person ever seriously injured while curling as well.. it can be dangerous. Eight stitches dangerous.

Nicole @ Geek Turned Athlete February 13, 2011 at 8:30 pm

Absolutely beautiful weekend you had there!! Before I read the last part of your post, I was like, “there better be a recipe!”. haha I’m glad you addressed that.

I’m making coconut thai curry tonight with jasmine rice for dinner. Was that jasmine rice in one of the pics?

Michelle @ Living Learning Earning February 13, 2011 at 8:34 pm

Looks like a good weekend to me!

The blonde girl in the photo looks so much like someone I know I had to do a double take…funny. Looking forward to the avocado lime cheesecake recipe!
