The lovely people over at My Blog Spark introduced me to another fabulous site…Tablespoon!
It is a new recipe Web site where you can share, save and find new recipes! It combines kitchen-tested recipes with recipes submitted by the at-home cook. Check it out…I am already drooling over the Apple Spice Muffins and Squash and Bean Soup.
You can also find some good coupons on there too :).
To celebrate its launch, they sent me some fun goods…

- two pot holders
- 1 set of stainless steel measuring spoons
- 1 stainless steel measuring cup
The best part? They want to give one to you too!
Here’s what you need to do:
(1) Leave a comment telling me the last recipe you concocted.
(2) Link back on your blog, or if you don’t have a blog, leave a 2nd comment telling me something random about yourself.
You have until Sunday at noon to enter. The winner shall be announced Sunday night!
That’s it! Happy spooning :).
P.S. Stay tuned tomorrow for some pictures of the 17 inches of snow we got in Madison (yes, SEVENTEEN!), and perhaps my new favorite ice cream EVER! Bold statement, I know…
…and, have you donated yet?

Veggie Burgers! They’re on my blog and they are the BEST veggie burgers I have ever had :)! The original recipe was Guy Fieri’s sister’s, but I tweaked it a bunch.

The last thing I concocted was a salad with spinach, lentils, raisins, tomatoes, broccoli, tofu, sprouts, zucchini, and red onions. Basically, everything in the fridge, but it came out tasting great. :)
oooo, how cute! the last recipe i made was a 13 bean chili, and as you can see from the post i did on it, the measuring spoons wouldve been helpful as i now have no clue how much chili powder, etc i ended up putting in it! oops!!
I last made a pumpkin pie and added ginger snaps to the homemade pie crust-yum!
Black bean/Sweet potato Chili!! My Favorite :)
