Takin’ the Night Off

Happy Monday my dear readers!

Just wanted to drop a note and let ya know I am taking the night off from blogging.  I went to dinner with my dear friend Ilsa, then went to see the documentary “Capitalism: A Love Story” by Michael Moore.  I have no desire to get political on the blog, but let’s just say it left me with a lot of think about.  Concocting a witty post about food just doesn’t seem appropriate right now.

But, I forgot to mention it was my 200th post yesterday, and it’s my 6-month blogiversary on Friday! In other words, I have some raging awesome things planned for the rest of the week.

Rest up and see you fully charged tomorrow~

I cannot wait to see that movie. I totally agree about steering clear of politics in the realm of food, but I have to say, after seeing “Sicko,” I was in a state of sickened (no pun intended) shock.
